Due to the government's advice on Covid-19 we will be closing our doors from tonight.
We have been unbelievably overwhelmed with the support from our CrossFit community and just because our doors are closed temporarily doesn't mean we can't keep you working out. Over the weekend myself and Colin will be working out equipment to be dished out to paying members in need so you can keep training at home. We will also be programming home WODs on Beyond the Whiteboard so make sure you are signed up. If not, get in touch and I'll let you know how to do this. Also, make sure you are in our members group on Facebook as this is how we communicate with each other. Guys! We are in this together! We have got this! See you on the otherside!

We are still open! However we know a lot of you are in isolation, so from tomorrow, we will be programming a home WOD version of the days session. I have added everyone on Beyond the Whiteboard to the track automatically so you should see it tomorrow on the days WODs page in the app. Please start sharing your efforts on the members page and post your times on Beyond the Whiteboard so we can keep this community going so we don't feel alone. We got this guys!!!!!
